Brief introduction of the leveling machine:
Brief introduction of the leveling machine:
The leveling machine, also known as leveling machine and straightener machine, is placed between the material frame and the feeder, and is used for leveling and feeding of coils.
Points to note when using:
1. Be sure to place the work-piece stably, make sure the position is correct, and then start the leveling machine. For example, when leveling narrow steel, it should be placed in the center of the leveling machine.
2. When the leveling machine is working, the staff cannot put their hands on the work-piece, and measurement or inspection is prohibited. The flatness of the work-piece can be measured only after the machine is stopped.
3. For large work=pieces, the operator cannot stand on the work-piece when it is running.
4. Avoid rolling your hands and clothes into the roller table of the leveler after starting the machine.
5. If abnormal noise is found during work, the work should immediately stop the machine for inspection.
Leveler Application:
The leveling machine is mainly used to straighten various specifications of sheets and cut sheets into blocks. This function is suitable for the leveling of various cold and hot rolled sheets.
Because of its convenient and simple operation, its application range covers machinery, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, electronics, electric power, light industry and other industries, especially in shipbuilding, rolling stock, boiler bridges, metal structure factories and other industries, it has become indispensable in production required product.
Roller plate leveling machine uses the “Bauschinger Effect” of the material to bend the plate multiple times, so that the original curvature gradually becomes a single curvature, and finally it is leveled.
Scope of application:
The leveling machine is suitable for cold and hot sheet, galvanized sheets, aluminum sheets, color-coated sheets, stainless steel sheets and other metal sheets.
