A, feeder pressure is insufficient.

Causes:

1, the amount of hydraulic oil is not enough

2, the motor is working properly

3, the screen is clogged

4, the seal is broken.

Countermeasures:

1, replenish the hydraulic oil

2, check the line connection

3, replace the filter pistil

4, replace the seal ring.

B, feeding machine work vibration is very large:

Reason:

1, the raw material is too curved

2, the raw material is not chamfered

3, the center is misaligned.

Countermeasures:

1, try to buy straight materials

2, material tail chamfering

3, re-calibrate the center.

C, change the material, the bar cannot enter the feeder:

Reason: The setting of backward time is too short; the pusher cannot completely return to the end of the material tube.

Countermeasures: long press the "set" key, and then press "increase" to increase the backward time, and then press the "set" key twice to return to work.

D, the feeder feeds the material does not alarm (backward) / advance alarm:

Reason:

1, the pressure is not enough

2, the material tube position is not correct

3, the motor is working properly.

Countermeasures:

1, check the amount of oil

2, slightly move the material tube

3, check the line
