The manual control method mainly controls the tension by manually adjusting the parameters in the tension control system, such as the opening of the pneumatic valve and the adjustment of the guide wheel. The advantage of this method is that it is easy to operate and suitable for the processing of small batches of slitting process. The disadvantage is that the accuracy is relatively low and it is not suitable for large-scale production needs.
