Description of Coil Slitter Components
First ore-dividing and press device
1. It is equipped with guiding and dividing devices after slitting.
2. It also designed with the tension press which matches the decoiler and ensures the even and tight quality of decoiler.
Second dividing and pressing device
1.This device cooperates with the recoiler to make sure the even quality and tight.
2.The spacers are 9CrSi alloy material with a quantity of 30 pieces which will be separate on separated shafts.
Electrical control case
It controls the speed of the whole line. The main operation table can make the whole line change from high to low speed. And it can also make the plate into the machine manually.
