The leveling drum adopts a larger power motor (5-16HP) with a worm gear reducer (30:1), which is transmitted to the leveling material of the leveler with a sprocket and chain, which can generate a larger leveling force, which is controlled by the inverter The running speed of the motor is convenient and reliable.

    5. The upper and lower leveling rollers adopt large-modulus gear synchronous transmission, and the leveling force is large, and the surface of the material is not rubbed, and the material is not scratched. The fine-tuning part adopts the worm-gear fine-tuning device. The adjustment accuracy is high, the pressure is large, and the operation is convenient.
