 1.The middle plate-decoiler straightener feeder  integrates the three functions of leveling machine, feeder and material rack. The machine is compact, easy to operate, and saves the use of plant area.

2.The middle plate-decoiler straightener feeder adopts the Japanese Yaskawa man-machine interface control system, and the touch-screen man-machine interface can easily perform parameter setting, monitoring and protection.

3.Driven by Japanese Yaskawa servo motor, the feeding accuracy is high, the cumulative error is small, and the performance is more stable.

4.Leveling adopts four worm gears for adjustment. The worm wheel is rotated by the hand wheel to drive the upper slider to move up and down to accurately display the adjustment amount.



5.The material rack adopts the hydraulic expansion method, which is easy and safe to load, saving time, effort and worry.

6.It can be used with multi-engineering molds to carry out multi-stage feeding, beyond a single fixed value, to meet the needs of customers for multi-stage feeding, and carry out diversified stamping processing
