Description of Coil Slitting Machine

Coil slitting machine is used for uncoiling, leveling, longitudinal shearing, flattening and winding of stainless steel, galvanized sheet and cold rolled sheet coils, with high automaticity and high production efficiency. The whole slitting line is electrically and pneumatically controlled, with high processing accuracy. The whole production line is integrated with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic automatic control, from uncoiling, leveling, longitudinal shearing, cross-cutting and winding to synchronous control.

The whole set of slitting line equipment takes into account the high surface requirements of the processed materials, and the design of various over-bridge roller conveying devices, the surface of which is treated by the process, will not cause indentation, bruising, scratching, folding, edge biting and other phenomena of the sheet.
