Description Of Slitting Machine
Slitting machine also known as vertical slitting line is used to slit cold rolled steel coils, hot rolled steel coils, galvanized steel coils, silicon steel coils, stainless steel coils, aluminum coils etc. into different widths and slit as well as smaller metal strips are rewound at the end of the slitting machine according to the production requirements of the user.
These smaller strips are necessarily used in the manufacturing of transformers, motor manufacturing industry, pipe/tube welding plant industry, cold roll forming and other specialized areas of the next process use industry, ceiling plasterboard industry and other high precision equipment manufacturing and metal strip manufacturing industries. According to the material slitting thickness there are thin plate slitting machine, medium thick plate slitting machine and thick plate slitting machine.
Use: Used for roll forming of steel pipes. Specific roll sets can be used to bend the steel strip into the desired diameter of steel pipe.

2. Uncoiler and leveling machine
