Vietnam Customers in KINGREAL Factory -- Coil Slitting Production Line
Recently, through the introduction of a long-time client, a Vietnamese customer with a need for a coil slitting machine reached out to KINGREAL. After several days of online communication with KINGREAL’s technical specialists to understand the machine’s details, the Vietnamese customer requested an on-site visit to KINGREAL‘s factory. The purpose of the visit was to better assess the machine’s operation and ensure that the final product quality met the Vietnamese customer‘s requirements. KINGREAL warmly welcomed and enthusiastically hosted the Vietnamese customer.
During the factory visit, KINGREAL staff and the customer observed the operation of the coil slitting machine together. Throughout the tour of the coil slitting production line, the customer raised numerous questions, such as whether the coil slitting machine had specific requirements for the thickness and width of metal raw materials. KINGREAL‘s technicians provided detailed answers to these questions. They explained that the machine could accommodate different thicknesses, widths, and compositions, offering strong adaptability and flexibility. For example, the shearing machine can cut metal sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 25 mm, and the coil slitting machine can cut metal strips with widths ranging from 10 mm to 2000 mm. These machines can handle various types of metals, such as steel, aluminum, and copper. With the patient explanations from KINGREAL’s technicians, the Vietnamese customer gained a deeper understanding of KINGREAL‘s coil slitting equipment and reached a preliminary agreement on cooperation with KINGREAL.
