The automatic Cut-To-Length production line is high speed and precise with uncoiling, straightening, measuring, cross-cutting length setting and stacking workstations. The CTL lines consists of coil car, auxiliary stand, uncoiler, peeling device, leveler, coil guide, encoder scale, shear, conveying table, stacker, output trolley, hydraulic system, etc. The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display.

The line has a high degree of automation, good straightening effect, accurate cutting, high production efficiency, reliable performance and easy operation and maintenance.

1. Unloading car:

The coil car simplifies the workflow of coil rewinding. Generally speaking, the size and weight of the coils that need to be uncoiled are relatively large, and it is difficult to carry them manually.

The unloading car designed bu KINGREAL is powered by power and can move the coil within the track. And it is convenient to install and remove the coil.

2. Uncoiling

KINGREAL uncoiling can pre-place multiple coils to facilitate subsequent replacement of new coils. In addition, KINGRAL will provides single-head or double-head uncoiler for customers to choose.

3. Leveler or straightener

Our sheet straightener is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Mitsubishi. This line can help to improve efficiency, lower cost and ensure quality.

4. Shearing/cutting machine

The shearing unit is the core part of the entire cut-to-length line, which not only ensures the cutting speed but also ensures the precision of the cutting.

5. Stacker

The cut-to-length production line can be equipped with stacking equipment to facilitate the packaging of the cut-to-length profiles.
