How to run the silicon steel slitting machine?

1. There should be 2 to 5 workers on the production line. Other should stay away from silicon steel strips.

2. Yellow characters should be installed around the equipment to indicate restricted areas on the railings.

3. Please remember to lubricate the gears and chain on this steel slitting line.

4. Appropriately add coils to maintain weight balance. The coil car can only be reset after the coil is fixed and unrolled.

5. First press the roll head with the traction roller, and then open the package of the roll to prevent the roll head from bouncing.

6. The operator is prohibited from standing on the coil when the machine is running.

7. When there is a problem with the silicon steel slitting line, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

8. It is forbidden to move the coil directly by hand.

During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to do maintenance and lubrication to ensure the long-term normal operation of the machine:

First, you should check for loose or damaged machine units. Oil pipes must be smooth and regularly filled with oil. After get off work, be sure to confirm whether the parts are normal, such as electrical parts, hydraulic parts, and pneumatic parts.

 After get off work, the main power supply should be cut off and the automatic steel coil slitting machine should cleaned.
