Quick Solution to Punching Machine Deflection Problem
We often use punches to process different materials, so it can be said that the adjustment work before use is essential. During the processing, the material should also be checked for deflection. Part of the material can affect the processing effect and even damage the equipment.
The following tips can solve the problems of some materials.
1. Adjust the pressure of the punch feeder pressurizing spring to ensure that the spring does press the material until it cannot be pulled out by hand. The pressure of the press spring must remain the same on the left and right side, too much difference will directly lead to deflection.
2. Check if only one air tube is connected to the cylinder of the feeder is loose. If so, two air tubes need to be connected at the same time. The punch feeder has two cylinders for clamping and unclamping the material during transport.
When used, two air tubes need to be connected to ensure that both cylinders work at the same time. If the customer only connects to one cylinder in actual use, it needs to be able to be used, but the clamping force will not be too tight when feeding thick sheet material, causing the material to slip on the feeding drum.
3. The material is too thick and the waiting area is too long, resulting in a large curvature of the material. The pulling force at the back, due to the heavy material, causes slippage.
Solution: To transport thick sheet material, a support waiting frame was added between the straightener and the puncher to replace the traditional induction frame.
When encountering problems with some materials when punching, we can properly adjust its pressure, carry out ventilation of the equipment, control the thickness, and all aspects need to be adjusted. There must be no deviation. After solving the problem of material, the equipment can resume normal use.
