Structure and working principle of straightener machine

The straightener machine, also known as leveling machine and leveling machine, is placed between the material frame(or welding machine) and the feeder, and is used for straightener machine and feeding of coils. It is a commonly used equipment in sheet metal processing. The setting of the straightener machine mainly depends on the thickness, material and requirements of the strip to be calibrated. The thicker the material, the better the structural rigidity required bigger.

The straightener machine is provided with an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die is fixed on the push rod of the hydraulic cylinder, the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the support frame, and independent The cooling water channel, the outlet and the inlet of the cooling water channel are located on the upper die or the lower die respectively.

The ratio of the radii or center distances of at least the first 5 rolls from the leveler entrance is the same as that of the conventional leveler, and the ratio of the radii or center distances of at least the last 5 rolls from the leveler entrance is the same as that of the curl elimination. close to the machine.

And the advantage is that the center distance between the intermediate rollers of the leveler is increased. During rapid quenching and cooling, it can avoid the erosion of the tool or the blade blank by impurities, so as to ensure the quality of the surface and hardness ethnographically structure of the tool or blade blank, and avoid the pollution of the cooling oil.

The specific configuration of its equipment can be determined according to the number of rollers and weights of the leveling machine according to customer requirements. Generally, there are two layers of 7, 9, 11, and 13 rollers, and generally four layers of 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19 rollers, and six rollers. 17, 19 rolls.

The rollers are made of wear-resistant forged steel. As the width of the machine is different, each straightener roller is supported by one or more sets of idlers along its length direction, which can minimize the diameter of the straightener roller and reduce the spacing of the rollers.

The idlers can be adjusted vertically independently so that always support the full load. The roll surface has a standard machined finish, but for machines that level aluminum sheets, the roll surface is ground and polished. In addition, there are spiral grooves on the idler to collect foreign ash particles. The leveling roller is equipped with a scraper to scrape off the impurities adhering to the roller, and the scraped impurities are sent to the front of the machine through the channel for collection and removal.
