The Process Operation Content of The Slitting Unit
1. Operation preparation
(1) Prepare various production tools and check whether there are bolts coming out of each guide plate.
(2) Confirm that the buttons on the operating table are in zero position and that there are no obstacles around the equipment.
(3) Close the electric control cabinet switch, start each DC power supply and pump station, and connect the air source.
2. Scissors adjustment
Unload the knife: remove the deck, open the operating side frame, then loosen and remove the nuts of the upper and lower shafts with a hook-type wrench, and set the wire guard sleeve. Remove the pressure knife ring, then remove the blade, and finally wipe the knife shaft clean with a rag.
Loading knife: In the process of loading knife and isolating sleeve, it must be wiped clean with rags before loading knife, first loading shear edge.
3. Production preparation
Unwinder worker: the upper roll trolley returns to the saddle - the front movable support swing down to the lower limit - the uncoiler reel shrinks, the pressure roller lifts to the upper limit - the front live sleeve plate lifts up.
Main control worker: guide roller opens to the maximum limit - front guide plate swing up - after the living sleeve lifting guide plate to the upper limit - according to the width of the cut strip to replace the isolation ring.
Coiler: replace the carpet of the tension table - adjust the hydraulic pressure of the tension table and the air pressure of the pay tension table according to the strip thickness - start the centering station - rear guide plate lift - coiler reel reduction, push plate return to the rear limit, pressure roller lifts to the upper limit -After the movable support swing down to the lower limit -Unloading trolley returns to the operation side -Clamping and feeding rollers lift up.
4. Taping
Unwinding worker: the production of the strip coil will be lifted to the saddle - the strip on the center line of the uncoiler - the front movable support, trolley down, reel up diameter, pressure roller down - with manual strip through to the force guide roller - for alignment, so that the shear edge can cut the guide edge -After the strip is passed through the disc shear, the live sleeve guide plate is swung down for punching sleeve.
The main control worker: tap the uncoiler positive transmission, disc shear, so that the strip reaches the tension table - tap to make the strip through the hydraulic shear, press down the pressure roller - with the winder will wear the strip to the winder and rise diameter - put down the front guide plate and the rear live sleeve guide plate, to the rear live sleeve punching sleeve.
Coiler: when the main control worker will send the strip to the pinch rollers press down pinch rollers to pinch the strip - in cooperation with the main control worker, the strip head into the coiler jaws and rise diameter - after the guide plate swing down, after the movable support swing up - the alignment system to hit the automatic alignment - tension table pressure material Roller press down - winder will roll the strip 3 to 5 turns, pay tension table, claim force table press down pinch feed roller lift.
Scrap collection: thread the scrap edge wire to the edge collection machine, then start the edge collection machine to collect the scrap.
