Description of High Precision 6-High Leveler Machine

The working principle of the Six-High Leveler Machine is mainly based on the continuous bending and deformation of the metal sheet through multiple sets of rolls, so as to eliminate the internal stress and uneven part of the sheet, thus achieving high-precision levelling effect.

Technology Principle

- The deflection force generated during the operation of the leveling roller and auxiliary roller is borne by the support wheel. Multiple sets of support wheels work together to greatly improve the stress state of the leveling roller and facilitate the transmission of leveling pressure.

- When the support wheel bears the deflection force, it is transmitted to the leveling roller surface through the auxiliary roller. The auxiliary roller has the same length as the work roller, but its diameter is slightly smaller. This allows the plate to move along the entire plate width during the leveling process. The force is evenly applied on the roller, thereby avoiding the indentation phenomenon caused by uneven distribution of direct contact between the support roller and the leveler.
