How to classify decoiler machine?

The decoiler machine is a special equipment for metal plate leveling. It is used for leveling the steel plate and the uneven plate. It can be composed of uncoiler, leveling, shearing production line and other sheet product production lines according to the relevant configuration. Suitable for machinery, vehicles, metal products, household appliances, steel structures, decoration and other industries.

The decoiler machine is one of the essential and important equipment in the cut-to-length production line. Its function is to support the coil by tightening the inner hole of the steel coil. The other is to rotate the steel coil with the cooperation of the straight head machine. The head is fed into the leveler. Therefore, the performance of the uncoiler has a crucial impact on the entire production line.

According to different needs, the uncoiler can be divided into several types:

1. Manual uncoiler

Manual decoilers are a common choice for production line that requiring smaller coil sizes and weights. It can also reduce the production cost to the greatest extent under the premise of having the function of unwinding.

2. Hydraulic decoiler

Hydraulic uncoilers are always used in conjunction with heavy or high speed roll-former, high speed slitting and cut-to-length lines and heavy sheet metal embossing lines (sometimes customers may require hydraulic decoilers for conventional roll-former).

It can improve the production efficiency of the whole machine operation.

3. Double head decoiler

In order to meet customer’s requirements for high quality production equipment, KINGREAL also provide double-head uncoilers to reduce the time cost of uncoiler.

At the same time, the hydraulic uncoiler above 5 tons is usually equipped with a coil car. The excess trolley can be moved horizontally or transported up and down, and the coil is inserted into the center by the arm of the hydraulic uncoil.

A damping device is installed on the hydraulic decoiler to prevent the coil from bouncing. In addition, sensor are used to synchronize the rotation of the decoiler with the operation of the roll former or production line. The hydraulic decoiler has a control cabinet to control the rotation direction, speed, unwind and release of the decoiler arm. When there is coil car, we can also control it on the electrical cabinet.
