Slitting Line Components

The longitudinal shear line consists of coil car, uncoiler, coil inlet guide shovel device, coil inlet scissors, ring pit bridge, guide device, longitudinal shear device, scrap winder, slitting tension device, winder and control box.

Coil material cart: The coil material cart is used to load the coil material onto the uncoiler and to unload the slit coil material from the winder. The hydraulic coil car makes the coil loading and unloading convenient and safe. Volume car lift hydraulic cylinder and volume car mobile motor.

Automatic hydraulic uncoiler: Hydraulic uncoiler ensures smooth and fast production of the whole slitting line. We have two kinds of hydraulic uncoiler. One is the single mandrel uncoiler that penetrates inside the coil. The other is a double-load uncoiler, which fixes both sides of the coil. The single mandrel uncoiler is used to slit coils with thickness less than 3mm, and the double-load uncoiler is used to slit coils with thickness more than 3mm.

Coil entrance guide shovel device: The coil entrance guide shovel device is used to easily move the coil entrance to the coil entrance mower. The coil entrance guide frame presses down and leads the coil entrance to the shovel plate, which reaches the coil entrance across. This ensures smooth feeding of the coil entrance. The unit returns to its original position when the entire slitting machine is running.

Coil entry shear: The machine responsible for slitting where the material is divided into the desired width or length.

Loop pit abutment: In a slitting line, there are usually two loop pits. One is laid before the slitting unit and the other is laid before the tension station. In a high-speed slitting line, the ring pit is a very important part. Storing material for the smooth production of the whole line. At the entrance and exit of the pit, there are two bridges. The cantilever that acts as a bridge is designed to span the pit to aid in feeding and pivot down into the pit during the slitting operation.

Guides: Typically, 2 or 3 pairs of side guide rollers are provided in the guides. The roller side guides ensure proper positioning of the material as it enters the slitter. The guide rolls are adjusted to accommodate different material widths.

Slitting unit: Cuts the coil sheet into strips. It consists of a main steel base, two support stands, slitting shaft, slitting blade and hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic pressure pushes one support frame to change the slitting blade easily and quickly.

Scrap winder: how to handle slitting debris? The BELI® Slit has two types of slit winders. One is a winder set on both sides of the conveyor table. The other one is set on both sides of the line. Both types of winders can wind the line perfectly.

Slit tensioning device: The separator device consists of a separator shaft and a separator disc. It ensures smooth strip entry into the tensioning station. Tension rollers are pressed for perfect rewinding

Rewinder: The winder consists of a steel base, a support arm, a winding shaft and a press arm. This press arm shaft is assembled with the separator disc and hydraulically follows the material during the rewind process to ensure a direct rewind of the strip.
