3, High-pressure oil chamber failure: oil leakage, not playing oil, playing non-stop, punching non-stop materials, etc. Crankshaft failure: crankshaft fracture, crankshaft runout is too large, the machine heats up, overload mechanism damage, cannot adjust the mold, comprehensive gap, solenoid valve abnormal, balance cylinder leakage, machine precision is not enough, clamping device abnormal, oil circuit blockage, motor cannot start, etc.
4, Parts damage: pneumatic punching machine in the work process, the slider has been in high-speed reciprocating motion, so the machine has been in a state of vibration. In the process of long-term continuous work, parts under the action of vibration stress, the probability of failure is higher.
