1.Check whether the moving part of the punch press is filled with lubricant before work. Then start the punch press and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and airlift the machine for 1-3 minutes, the machine is strictly prohibited to operate when there is a fault.

2.When replacing the mold, first turn off the power, the punching machine movement department to stop running before starting to install and debug the mold.

3.After the installation and adjustment is completed, the flywheel is moved by hand for two test punches, check that there is no error before starting the punching machine.

5. The daily maintenance elements of the electric small punching machine cannot be ignored

(1) Daily maintenance matters.
