When the punch leaves the work, the photoelectric head fixed on the punching machine gives a signal that the punch is out of position. At this time, the microcomputer again makes the stepper motor rotate at a certain angle, and then waits for the punch to fall for the second time, so repeating the above process, the continuous punching process with the required number of holes can be realized.
The display shows the instant number of holes at any time. After punching a hole, the number of workpieces will be added up to one, and the number of holes will be reset to zero, and an audible alarm signal will be given.
