Automatic Feeding Machine How to Feed the Operation?



The key points of automatic feeding machine installation are as follows.


1: After the machine is delivered to the customer‘s factory, line up the machine into a line and connect the two sections with screws, pay attention to the same height, while the machine centerline should be adjusted to the mold centerline.


2: Wiring: connect the previously removed wires one-to-one (according to the number tube numbers), pay attention to the front and rear installation order of the sealing plate. Reminder: the four sleeves coming out of the large electrical box should correspond one by one by the encoder line plug, pulse line Y0, Y1,11,12, NC feeder motor line and large sleeves line.


3: After all the circuits are installed, please check again if the installation is proper and complete, and install the machine cover plate after confirmation (precision leveling machine).


4: After making sure the power switch of the electric box control panel is in the disconnected state, turn on the power (3 phase 380V), turn on the power switch and confirm whether it is normal, if there is any abnormality immediately cut off the power.


5: Operate the control handle, press (rack up) or (rack down), adjust the material discharge height to be level with the mold. Pay attention to loosen the screws of NC feeder frame, otherwise the action is invalid. (By three limit switches, the uppermost limit switch is the total control, the middle limit switch is the upper limit, and the lower limit switch is the lower limit.)


6: Finally, the feeding and relaxation signal lines of the machine will be connected to the punching machine (three lines X7, X4, COM), while the emergency stop line can also be connected as needed (two lines 65 and 66).


7: After everything is confirmed normal, the three-in-one feeder can be put into normal production, pay attention to safety, while regular inspection and refilling of lubricants.




Operation: 


1. Automatic feeding machine open the correction machine or material frame; the material will be slowly put out.


2.  Automatic feeder pointing leveling wheel up or leveling wheel down button, adjust the gap between the upper and lower wheels, and finally adjusted manually for fine adjustment.


3. Automatic feeder pressure spring is to apply pressure to the upper roller, so that the upper roller can press the material, and the material will be sent out, so the pressure should be the principle that the material will not slip, the material should be thicker pressure;


4. Automatic feeding machine set the feeding length, depending on the actual situation, set the corresponding feeding speed, the method of setting, will be described in detail later.


5. Automatic feeding machine feeding start adjustment is adjusted by the rotary cam of the punch, the so-called feeding start signal, is to start feeding with which angle of the punch crankshaft, the machine feeding angle recommended value of 9 points to 3 points (240 ° - 90 °).


6. Automatic feeder dies inside the guide pin tip into the guide pin hole, you can adjust the relaxation screw to touch the bearing of the relaxation bracket until the material is relaxed, and lock the screw nut (pneumatic relaxation of the feeder, it should be adjusted to relax the angle, that is, in the lower dead ± 15 ° or so).


7. Automatic feeding machine feeding the relevant parameters set, due to the approximate number of reasons, the actual feeding length is not quite the same as the set value, so it should be in manual mode, according to the feeding test, punch, stroke, stamping, adjust the actual length of the feeding material


8. Automatic feeding machine set up after completion, should first single punch test mold, adjust well before continuous production.
