How To Improve the Quality of The Shearing Line?

The punching and shearing quality of the silicon steel sheet in the processing of flattening shearing line, including punching and shearing size accuracy, geometry, burr, paint damage degree, bending and folding degree during the production process, etc., they all directly affect the stacking factor, process factor, air gap of the sheet seam, etc.

If the operation is improper and does not meet the quality control index, it will increase the no-load current and no-load loss, and will produce local overheating in serious cases.
The requirement of silicon steel sheet punching and shearing quality is very strict, therefore, the selection of the higher requirements of the indicators of the transformer core cross-cutting line is very strict.

In order to achieve the requirements of the quality indicators, the following points must be achieved.

1. Roll or sheet material stacking to be reasonable, handling, lifting to lightly take, lightly put, to prevent scratches, knocking, bending or broken head;

2. The sheet material after punching and shearing should be placed flat and neatly, and the edge should be sprayed with anti-rust paint;

3. When the burr is too high, to adjust the tool, die clearance, or re-sharpening, follow the tool, die, has been processed burr and too large pieces, must be pressed or other deburring equipment to remove the hair;

4. Individual curved pieces must be leveled, not to be transferred to the next process;

5. The straightness, curvature and waviness of the sheet should be adjusted or removed during or before slitting. It is not possible to correct these on the processing equipment;

6. Carefully adjust all aspects of the processing equipment and tooling so that dimensional accuracy and burrs, etc., are within the limits specified in the quality standards;

7. Pay attention to the rolling direction when shearing the sheet;

8. Strictly select the sheets when pre-stacking, and pick out the unqualified sheets;

9. Core structure and iron chip to be designed reasonably, easy to automatic punching and shearing, stacking. As far as possible without piercing screw holes;

10. To use advanced molds and advanced production lines as far as possible.
