How to standardize the operation of the uncoiler machine?

The uncoiler should be operated in strict accordance with the “Decoiler Operation Regulations”.

1. In the feeding operation, a special person must cooperate with the forklift drive to make the steel coil material basically consistent with the center of the expansion and contraction with the center of the expansion and contraction reel shaft, and then the forklift driver slowly puts the steel coil material on the trolley.

2. The operator needs to ascend or descend(lifting trolley), adjust the steel coil material to the center of the expansion and contraction reel shaft(that is, the material can enter the expansion and contraction axis), at this time, adjust the movable bearing seat at the top of the decoiler to make it consistent with the expansion and contraction shaft. The uncoiler remains on the same level.

3. Adjust the expansion nut to make the 4 arc plates and expand the coil material to avoid deformation and damage of the coil material during work.

4. When the steel coil material is tightened, turn the decoiler by hand to observe whether the material rotates freely, so as to avoid various hidden dangers in the work.

Daily Maintenance

In order to prolong the service life of the decoiler, we need to carefully carry out daily maintenance on it. The steps are as follows:

1. Refuel each oil cup lubrication and manual lubrication points as required.

2. Roll the plate according to the parameters specified by the uncoiler. The thickness of the plate is 20mm, the maximum length is 2500mm, and the yield limit of the plate material is less than 250Mpa.

3. After the power is turned on, carry out the forward and reverse directions of the lower roller and the lifting and lowering of the upper roller, and check whether there is any abnormal stuck phenomenon in each movement.

4. Strictly operate according to the decoiler coil processing procedure and operation method. When the upper roller is lifted to the limit position, great attention should be paid to the safe operation of the equipment.

5. When the main drive stops, the upper roller can be lifted and lowered, the overturned bearing can be tilted and reset, and the upper roller can be lifted.

6. During operation, if any abnormal phenomena such as irregular noise and impact are found, it should be stooped immediately for inspection.

7. During the operation, all personnel should coordinate with each other, obey the command of the person in charge of the rolling plate, and it is forbidden to start the machine without a password.

8. When performing the coiling operation of the decoiler, great attention should be paid to the fact that the hand is pressed by the steel plate and rolled in together with the steel plate.

9. Be carefully not to collide with the machine when lifting the steel plate or reel with a crane. After the work of the uncoiler is finished, make sure that the work is completed and the material is cleared, and the maintenance of the equipment should be done well, and the power will be turned off in time.
